We are Hiring Technical Manager
we are looking for a high-level Technical Lead to spearhead our software development efforts. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution, working directly with the Software Development team to build, scale, and secure our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- SDLC Leadership: Support and lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strategic Oversight: Assist with project planning, scheduling, tracking, and status reporting for the entire development department.
- KPI Management: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), team progress, delivery status, and technical milestones.
- Risk Mitigation: Monitor project risks, technical issues, and dependencies, and lead the required mitigation actions.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with software developers, IT, UX/UI designers, QA, and product teams to ensure total technical alignment.
- Agile Governance: Facilitate and optimize agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Framework Mastery: Apply agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models based on specific project needs.
- Workflow Management: Maintain and oversee project boards, workflows, and reports using Jira.
- Technical Documentation: Document technical project plans, architectural decisions, and updates in Confluence.
- Stakeholder Relations: Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage technical expectations effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead the continuous improvement of delivery processes and team collaboration to increase efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership, Lead, or Architectural role.
- Technical Breadth: Solid understanding of technical concepts including servers, APIs, backend and front-end concepts, and mobile/web applications.
- Agile Expertise: Advanced experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models.
- Collaboration: Proven experience collaborating with development, IT, UX/UI, and QA teams at a senior level.
- Certification: Project management certification (PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with a flexible attitude when managing changing priorities.
Sr. .Net Engineer position with the following responsibilities and qualifications The candidate is expected to operate with minimal supervision and integrate quickly into an active delivery environment. This role requires strong ownership, engineering maturity, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a near-shore setup. Key expectations for the role: * Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core and building scalable backend services * Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture * Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with distributed systems * Good knowledge of relational databases and performance optimization practices * Familiarity with secure coding practices and handling sensitive data environments * Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions * Experience working within structured development processes (Git workflows, code reviews, CI/CD, and testing practices) * Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently on complex tasks As for the qualifications, we prefer the following Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) * 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development with production systems * Demonstrated experience delivering backend services or enterprise applications end-to-end * Experience working in fintech, high-transaction, or security-sensitive environments is a plus * Strong English communication skills suitable for near-shore collaboration
